The new landing page is designed to help you get started quickly. From here, you can:
- Select assets to personalize your experience.
- Access the Knowledge Base to find relevant documents, tutorials, and expert answers.
- Ask the Assistant directly for quick help and troubleshooting.
This redesign ensures that everything is just one tap away, making it faster and more intuitive to access the information you need.

The Ask Assistant tab is now more intelligent and asset-aware. You can:
- Ask questions in natural language and get instant, relevant answers.
- Access troubleshooting steps, expert articles, and knowledge base entries, for your complete asset porfolio.
- Receive asset-specific responses if youโve selected a machineโensuring targeted, relevant guidance.
With this enhancement, the assistant tailors its responses to your active asset, rather than performing a general search, but also a cross-product search is available.

The Assets tab provides full access to:
- All product lines available in your system.
- Your personal inventory, including previously scanned machines.
- Quick lookup optionsโscan or type a serial number to find a specific asset instantly.

When you select a specific asset, a dedicated screen will provide access to:

- ๐ Articles โ Troubleshooting steps, expert recommendations, and insights.
- ๐ฅ Tutorials โ Step-by-step instructional videos for maintenance and operation.
- ๐ง Spare Parts โ A direct view of available spare parts for repairs.
- ๐ Logbook โ If an asset is selected, you can now access its logbook, allowing you to track maintenance history and key updates.
This screen consolidates all relevant knowledge in one place, making asset management and troubleshooting more efficient.
Once a question is made with an asset selected, the filter to focus on that asset wil lautomatically be selected, as can be seen in the following image. The goal of this is to provide focused answers and ensure the correct information is provided:
